What's your role?
I specialise in the preparation of Wills including Inheritance Tax and Care fee planning. I also deal with estate administration and trust administration, Deeds of Variation and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Identifying the client’s needs and objectives and preparing documentation with a view to achieving those objectives.
Your experience
After obtaining my LLB Law degree at Cardiff University, I qualified as a solicitor in 1984 initially specialising in property law. Following a career break in order to start a family I returned to work on a part time basis in 2001 joining the private client team.
