- Leave the M4 at junction 13 (signed Newbury, Oxford & A34)
- Join the A34 for Newbury. Continue onto the A339 into Newbury to a set of traffic lights.
- Continue straight on and at the large roundabout (Robin Hood Roundabout), take the second exit marked London Road/A4.
- Travel for approximately half a mile until you reach a small roundabout.
- Take the first exit onto Newbury Business Park. Rivergate House can be found on the right.
