Help for you and your loved ones after a catastrophic injury
We offer a range of support and guidance to injured people and their families who need help with issues relating to injury and disability. We work closely with dedicated specialists including therapists, architects, accountants, charities, financial advisers, and others who can address your concerns to help and support you.
We can also offer specialist advice relating the complex implications of wills and trust planning so that you can try to ensure that your family will be properly provided for when you are no longer able to provide for them.
We realise that you and your family are central to the whole process. You will be fully informed of progress as we guide and support you through the claim.
The process of a catastrophic injury claim
We fight our cases on a no win no fee basis. So if we can help you, you don’t have to worry about the cost.
Once your case has the funding agreements in place, we will contact the responsible party to get the claim going and to ask them to fund the rehabilitation that you need. As soon as we can obtain rehabilitation funding we will arrange an assessment of your needs and put in place the treatment, therapy and care that you need.
If you have sustained severe injuries then we cannot conclude your claim until our medical experts can give a reasonable clear view about your long-term prognosis. However whilst the claim is ongoing we can still ensure that your needs are met by obtaining interim payments towards the final award of compensation to cover things such as your loss of earnings and expenses, in addition to funding for rehabilitation, care and housing adaptations.
We pride ourselves in getting the right amount of compensation – we have particular expertise in valuing claims for clients with the most serious of injuries to ensure that their needs are met for the whole of their lifetime, and we have secured numerous multi-million pound settlements. Our Court of Protection team can also assist you in managing the compensation to fin the right work throughout your life.
Our service promise to you
Our number one priority will be to secure the rehabilitation that you need as soon as we can. In addition, we will secure the right level of compensation as quickly as we can. We want you to lean on us for support at this difficult time so that we can help to ease the stress and strain for you and your family.
We have extensive connections with other professionals and charities who support people with suffered catastrophic injuries and we can draw on all of those to assist you whenever we need to.
Your initial focus on securing my recovery was very refreshing and I credit that focus on the great progress I have seen in getting me back to my current state of health. You drove external input into my recovery and for that I will always be thankful.
You have always been ready to explain the claim to me, which earlier in the case I realise was quite difficult! It is no exaggeration to say that you turned a very difficult period in my life around and in concluding my claim you have presented an open path for my future.
