More About the Topic and the Event
The pandemic has accelerated the pace of change and the need to do things differently. It has put every aspect of how and where we work under the microscope and pressed the reset button. Choice, autonomy and flexibility are now critical to the future employee experience and importantly to a business’s future real estate strategy too. It’s time to reinvent the workplace – not as somewhere employees have to go, but as somewhere they actively choose to be.
The Coffin Mew employment team have been extremely busy during the pandemic advising clients on a wide range of employment and HR issues arising from this change in expectation. During the session Leon Deakin will share details of what the team are seeing in practice and provide guidance on the common legal issues arising including moving to a more flexible or hybrid working pattern and how to handle employees who wish to live abroad whilst continuing to work for you.
Then Anne Clarke from Claremont Group Interiors will share her thoughts, ideas and solutions to help you navigate these unchartered waters focussing on the real estate side. Claremont Group Interiors have gained considerable industry insight having conducted over 40 workplace consultancy projects so this will enable you to get a real grasp of what is happening and what is possible..
The session will then conclude with a general employment law update.
Anne Clarke is Director of Future Workplace for Claremont with over 30 years industry experience working with organisations to transform their workplace, improving how people work individually and collaboratively to enhance the performance of their business.
