What's your role?

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Property Litigation Team.

Your experience

I qualified as a Barrister in 2001 (non-practicing) and as Solicitor in 2006. I previously worked inhouse at Local Authorities in their Planning, Health and Safety and Prosecutions Departments.

For the last 13 years, I have represented clients in the County Court, High Court, Tribunal and in mediations for all property litigation matters. My clients include commercial landlords to individuals, with varying portfolios.

Awards & Achievements

I have represented leaseholders in their application to the Tribunal to determine the terms of a lease extension which was appealed to the Upper Tribunal and successfully resisted.

I have recently assisted with a complex appointment of a s24 manager under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 which involved a number of applications to the Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and High Court.
