What is my role?
I joined Coffin Mew in September 2018 to strengthen the property services offering in our South coast offices and to help grow the residential property team specifically in these locations.
I pride myself on being an empathetic, pragmatic lawyer, who enjoys achieving the objectives of our clients by communicating well and offering realistic solutions to the challenges that property work can present.
The Head of the Residential Property department at Coffin Mew is Ian Peach.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and have practised at various firms establishing a network of contacts with fellow property professionals on the South coast.
I have a background in private client legal services as well as residential property and this has prepared me well and given me a solid understanding of the overlapping issues in these closely related areas of practice. It gives me an advantage in spotting the kinds of issues that private clients have during the course of property transactions.
There are very few residential property challenges that I have not encountered in my career to date and this knowledge helps me to offer proactive advice to our clients, which, coupled with my personable approach and strong communication skills, adds value to their experience of the property transaction process.
My property law expertise and transactional experience coupled with my strong communication skills mean that I am able to deal with complexity and help my clients achieve their objectives in a timely manner.
