What's your role?
I am the IT Trainer in the IT Team.
Your experience
I joined Coffin Mew in September 2021, and it is my job to run systems induction training as well as day to day help calls on the many applications we use. I will be developing new training materials and delivery methods where appropriate.
I have been a trainer for over 12 years, working for an international training consultancy firm and more recently for two law firms so am familiar with various legal practice tools including P4W.
