What’s your role?

I am on the reception team in Southampton supporting colleagues and clients on a daily basis.

Your experience?

My main experience comes from working as a secretary for 16 years in various departments progressing into a financial role. I have transferred the skills obtained over those 16 years to a supporting reception/administrator position
