Your role

I am a paralegal in the Property Litigation team dealing with:

  • Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act renewals acting for both landlord and tenant.
  • Forfeiting of leases both in and outside the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
  • Dilapidation claims.

Your experience

I previously qualified as a paralegal in 2016. I gained this qualification through studying a debt recovery module, which enabled me to become a paralegal. I previously worked as a paralegal for two and a half years at another law firm, which has given me a wide range of knowledge in the legal property sector, predominantly specialising in Landlord and Tenant law.
