What's your role?

I am a Commercial Conveyancing Executive within our Commercial Property Team. I deal with all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant matters, development acquisition and estate development, as well as residential and commercial plot sales.

Your experience

I have worked within the Commercial Property Team at Coffin Mew since January 2014 when I joined the firm as a Legal Secretary. I have carried out various roles during my time at the firm including compliance for the team as a whole, plot sales and commercial property matters whilst completing my legal qualifications. I have extensive experience in dealing with estate development and plot sales on behalf of developer clients having overseen the plot sales function within the wider team and I also deal with a wider range of commercial property transactions.

I have acted on behalf of housebuilders and property development companies in dealing with the set up of mixed use, freehold and leasehold new build developments for a number of years. I am experienced in dealing with developments of varying sizes with both residential and commercial elements across the country as well as landlord and tenant matters. I have also regularly acted on behalf of developers in acquiring part exchange properties and onward sales assisting developers to achieve their sales targets.

I have recently completed my Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice to become a Graduate member of CILEx and I am working towards submission of my CILEx portfolio to further qualify as a Fellow and Chartered Legal Executive in 2020.
