Kirsten Lea

Solicitor - New Homes

What's your role?

I am a Solicitor in the New Homes team and specialise in new build properties.

I take my clients right through the buying process, from the reservation of the property through to picking up the keys on the day of completion. I liaise with all of the parties involved in the transaction to ensure that the whole process runs smoothly for my clients. I am also able to assist with any related transactions, including sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.

I believe in making the house buying process as stress-free as possible and enjoy assisting my clients in buying their dream property.

Your experience

After completing my Law Degree at the University of Warwick, I studied for my Masters Degree and the LPC at the University of Law in Guildford.

I am a Newly Qualified Solicitor in the New Homes team and have been working in conveyancing since 2013. I am really enjoying my role and the fast pace involved in new build transactions.
