Solicitor - Wills, Trusts & Probate
What's your role?
I deal with all aspects of planning for the future.
I advise on and draft both simple and more complex Wills considering the implications in terms of tax and the possible payment of care home fees.
I advise on and attend to the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
I represent and assist families in the administration of estates of all sizes, both taxable and non-taxable, including applying for grants of representation, collecting in assets, dealing with any tax, distributing to beneficiaries and preparing Estate Accounts.
I often deal with clients at a very difficult and emotional time in their lives and I pride myself on being able to deliver legal advice in a clear and understandable way.
I joined the firm in March 2016 having previously worked for a high street firm in the Thames Valley for over four years.
