What's your role?
Client Service, dealing with client concerns – ensuring adherence to high standards of client care. Monitoring credit risks and ensuring clients pay invoices.
Credit Management is my specialism and Client Service is a passion.
Ensure cash flow maintained and credit risk minimised.
I have over 20 years experience of Credit Management at a senior level. My experience is fairly rare in that I have a varied background ranging from Banking and Financial Services, to Manufacturing and Distribution and Service industries. This has given me a wide range of working environments to draw from. I feel very passionate about service and cash flow!
I have worked with blue chip companies to improve query resolution, complaint handling and ultimately cash flow. This has involved reviewing and creating policies and procedures that suit that particular business.
I am used to working in regulated, pressurised, results driven environments with high expectations from everyone, top down and bottom up!
