What’s your role?

I am responsible for keeping the Client area and meeting rooms clean and tidy at all times. Stocking up drinking supplies for the tea-station, cups and glasses, biscuits to be available, pads of paper and pens.

I am also in charge of the post and DX, making sure that this is dealt with efficiently and correctly, to minimise documents going to the wrong team, and causing delays.

Your experience?

I have worked in this type of office environment for over 25 years. I naturally keep every area I am in charge with clean and orderly, making life easier for staff and clients alike. I have worked in previous offices in dealing with post, reprographics, office maintenance, copier maintenance, and stationery ordering and keeping correct stock levels.
