Partner - Commercial Property
What's your role?
I am a partner in the Commercial Property team and head of the Wantage office. I act for a wide range of both private and company clients, particularly land owners and farming families, and deal with all types of property work for them, including land sales and purchases, commercial leases, and land promotion agreements.
I qualified in 1982. I was jointly responsible for setting up the Newbury office for the firm I worked for prior to joining Charles Lucas & Marshall, now Coffin Mew. I joined in January 1989, since when I have been dealing with commercial and agricultural property matters. I was made a partner in 1997, and have been head of the firm’s Wantage office since then.
