What's your role?

I supervise and train all members of the New Business team.

I am responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of the New Business function in the New Homes team ensuring that this team provides the highest possible standards of service to our clients and contacts.

My role involves managing the New Business team and ensuring all work is carried out in line with our team procedures.

I ensure compliance of both internal and external standards is complied with and arrange training to ensure all members of the New Business team are working to the most up to date requirements.

Your experience

I have previously worked in the property industry as a senior negotiator for many years, for both independent and corporate agents, assisting clients with their property sales and purchases from start to finish. I have always strived to provide high levels of customer service and ensure clients are happy to return to the firm in the future. I have previous experience managing and co-ordinating teams assigning work appropriately.
