Role & experience

My role:

I am a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team. I work across different areas of Commercial Property but with a particular focus on pension investment property. My work comprises of dealing with post completions and assisting with various property transaction matters, including sales, purchases and grants of leases and licences.

I work closely with my clients to ensure an efficient and smooth running transaction. I like to build long-term relationships with my clients and their businesses, in order to put the client’s needs at the forefront of all we do.

My experience:

I graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Law.

Prior to Coffin Mew, I worked at Blake Morgan, in the Real Estate team assisting with all types of Commercial Property transactions such as purchases, leases and licences.

I am currently studying the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, with an added Masters in Law.
