What's your role?

As a Family Law Solicitor, I advise clients through the divorce process. This involves resolving the matrimonial finances arising from divorce. I ensure clients understand all options available to them in order to make informed decisions.

I also advise clients on disagreements concerning children, such as where the children shall live, where the children shall go to school or how much contact the parent shall have with the children.

If a case has elements of harm I can advise clients through injunction applications to obtain orders that will provide protection for the client.

I understand that divorce and issues surrounding children are incredibly stressful, therefore I carry out my work amicably in order to remove any unnecessary stress for clients, whilst having a robust approach to achieve a fair settlement.

Your experience

I have worked in Family Law since 2016 and later qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018. From 2018 to 2020 I completed the Legal Practice Course alongside a Masters in Law to convert my qualification to a Solicitor.

Prior to working in Family Law I gained substantial experience within property transactions. This knowledge is invaluable when it comes to advising clients on a sale, re-mortgage or transfer of the family home within separation and divorce proceedings.
