Coffin Mew’s specialist Corporate team recently led the acquisition by Churches Fire Security Limited, a nationwide fire safety specialist, of Uny Systems Fire Detection Limited, based in Pullborough.
This, the second acquisition for Churches Fire in the past 12 months. The rapid growth provided through these acquisitions enable the company to develop their already comprehensive network and further the range of services and products offered to their clients.
Based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, the nationwide fire safety specialists were established in 1992 by present Managing Director Paul Topley. Committed to fire safety, training and education, the team are highly regarded in the sector, contributing to the IFEDA Committee and FIA Fire Risk Assessors’ Council.
Coffin Mew acted for the buyers throughout the process and were involved with the due diligence and acquisition paperwork.
