Posted on: August 2nd, 2021

We have promoted specialist residential property and conveyancing lawyer Sacha Bolourchi to Associate Solicitor after just 18 months with the firm.

Sacha, based in the Brighton office, is already a key member of our award-winning Residential Property Team joining us in March 2020.

Prior to this Sacha worked for Seaford-based law firm Rix & Kay where he climbed the ranks during his four-year stint there.  Sacha also worked for Horsman Solicitors in Lewes, and LAMP Services in Haywards Heath where he worked in legal services.

Sacha graduated in Law from Brighton University in 2010, received his LPC from the University of Law, and also completed the Police Station Accreditation Scheme at Cardiff University in 2015.

Ian Peach, Partner and Head of Residential Property, Coffin Mew, comments: “Sacha has become an integral part of our Residential Property team.  He believes in adhering closely to standards of excellence that will create a firm basis of trust between lawyer and client.  Sacha believes in looking after our clients and going the extra mile to help them through the process of buying and selling property which can, at times, be a minefield.  He is also an exceptional team member and has already proved great loyalty to the firm.  It is only right that we reward our workers and recognise their hard work and commitment to the business.”

Sacha Bolourchi, Associate Solicitor, Coffin Mew, said: “I’m delighted to have been promoted after just 18 months.  I have been made to feel really welcome at Coffin Mew and am proud to work for a law firm that is extremely professional yet also friendly and approachable.  I look forward to embracing my new role and responsibilities within the firm.”
