Linden Talbot To Take Part In Four Day Charity Cycle Ride

Posted on: March 30th, 2017

Linden Talbot will be participating in a four-day cycle ride from Paris to Brighton in May, organised by Colin Brace Properties and sponsored by Oakley Property and The Hyde Group, to raise £60,000 for charity.

The avid cyclist will be riding alongside local professionals during a gruelling 437 mile tour. The team hope to collectively raise £60,000 for Brighton & Hove’s Mayor’s Charities and the ABF Soldiers’ Charity.

The group will set off from Brighton on Thursday 4 May travelling to Paris then cycling back to Brighton via Versailles, Évreux, Lisieux, Ouistreham and Dieppe.

Linden says: “I’m incredibly excited to be jumping back onto the saddle and, in doing so, supporting such worthy causes.”

The Brighton & Hove Mayor supports the great work of 27 charities close to home, from Albion in the Community to RISE and the Martlets Hospice. The ABF Soldiers’ Charity is equally important offering a lifetime of support to soldiers and veterans from the British Army, as well as their immediate families.

Miles Brown, CEO of Coffin Mew, commented: “We’re delighted to support Linden’s charity efforts and we really hope he goes above and beyond his fundraising target. We would urge as many people as possible to dig deep and support him.”
