Hannah Rowlatt qualifies into Court of Protection team

Congratulations to Hannah Rowlatt who has qualified as a Solicitor in Coffin Mew’s Court of Protection team following completion of her training contract.

During Hannah’s training, she was given the opportunity to carry out a bespoke Training Contract in the Court of Protection team and the Clinical Negligence and Catastrophic Injury team which has enabled her to gain vast experience and understanding of the litigation process which if successful can result in financial settlements which helps people to rebuild their lives. Hannah also gained experience in Coffin Mew’s Employment Law team during her training at Coffin Mew.

Hannah has developed specialisms in:

  • Deputyship Applications
  • Trustee Act Applications
  • Managing the affairs of people lacking capacity
  • Personal Injury Trusts
  • Statutory Wills
  • Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
