Earn while you learn: Apprentice opportunities with Coffin Mew

Posted on: July 21st, 2021

Coffin Mew is seeking several apprentices to join our busy team.

Apprenticeships are an excellent option for a young person fresh out of school and considering their options for the future, or even an older person looking for a change.

An apprenticeship is an opportunity to ‘learn the ropes’ and develop your skills with a role in an actual working environment.  It’s more than an opportunity to continue your education, it’s an opportunity to learn new skills whilst also being paid.

At Coffin Mew we are committed to providing all our apprentices with a meaningful role and an opportunity to grow and learn. We pay a competitive salary.  There may be opportunities for full-time positions at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidates.

If you would like to gain some valuable skills for use on your working life in a pleasant and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

We work in collaboration with Training provider Fareham College to provide these positions.

We currently have three apprentice positions available:

  • We are looking for two Central Document Production & Hub Assistants and we are offering these as a Business Admin and/or Customer Services apprenticeship(s).
  • We are also seeking a Finance Assistant to join the Finance Team, and this is currently open to Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) and Level 3 (A-level equivalent) candidates.

The roles can be found by visiting the Government Apprenticeship Board – https://www.findapprenticeship.service.gov.uk/apprenticeshipsearch  – and typing “Coffin Mew” into the key words box.
