Coffin Mew strengthens its South Coast Commercial Law team
Coffin Mew has strengthened its Commercial team with the appointment of Mark O’Halloran. He joined the firm in June 2015 as a partner and head of its Commercial Services team.
Mark is an experienced commercial lawyer, having joined from Crawley-based Stevensdrake, where he was a partner and head of its media and technology practice. He has 20 years experience of working with national and international clients and was formerly General Counsel at semiconductor equipment manufacturer, Tokyo Electron Europe Ltd.
He brings to the firm a strong client following in the technology and media sectors, with clients that include Tokyo Electron and Aspects Beauty. Mark has particular strengths in advising on:
- Distribution, franchising and sales agency arrangements
- Intellectual property issues
- Competition law strategies
- Hardware and software development, supply and licensing agreements
- Warehousing and logistics agreements
- Web and cloud-based services
