Their accreditation programme is the standard of workplace engagement in the UK, recognising organisations and managers who genuinely value and respect their employees.

Coffin Mew has been awarded ‘One to Watch’ status by Best Companies in the 2020 list. Leading organisations ranked in the 2019 survey included The National Trust, The Body Shop and Virgin Holidays.
