Coffin Mew joins national award scheme recognising the best conveyancing firms

Posted on: April 8th, 2019

Coffin Mew’s Residential Property and New Homes conveyancing teams have entered The ESTAS, which is the UK property industry’s largest independent award scheme. The scheme measures firms on the level of customer service being provided by their conveyancing teams, based on research conducted through their clients.

It focuses solely on standards of service received during the process of moving home, and winning one of these awards is a clear demonstrator of a conveyancer’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, while providing valuable client feedback data. This data then helps firms to improve their services in the future.

With the competition now open, the winners will be announced at the 3rd annual ESTAS Conveyancer Awards in October 2019 at Grosvenor House in London. TV Property Expert Phil Spencer will be hosting the awards and said:

“Taking part in the ESTAS sets firms apart from their competitors. It sends a clear message that they are passionate about customer service, prepared to go that extra mile for their clients and ready to listen to feedback.”

Founder of The ESTAS, Simon Brown says:

“Our job is to put the spotlight on property professionals providing exceptional levels of customer care through the moving process. At The ESTAS we believe the only way to judge the performance of a conveyancer is to ask the clients who have experienced the whole service. It’s often later in the process when a conveyancer really shows their worth and at those times it’s their experience and professionalism that gets the transaction completed.”

Karen Webb, Partner and Head of New Homes commented:

It’s important to the whole team at Coffin Mew that every single one of our clients receives the highest standard of customer service at all times. With that in mind, it felt like a natural process for us to enter The ESTAS, which highlights the importance of delivering an exemplary conveyancing service.

Ian Peach, Partner and Head of Residential Property at Coffin Mew added:

We are committed to providing the best experience for our clients at what can be an exciting and stressful time so we want to ensure the process is as pain free and efficient as possible. We really value the feedback we receive from our clients so by taking part in The ESTAS, we’re sending a clear message that we promise to deliver the best customer experience we can. Hopefully it will be enough to win us an award!
