We have invested in a brand-new Practice and Case Management system to enable us to deliver services to clients more effectively. The whole firm will be using Partner for Windows (P4W), from Tikit, a global provider of technology solutions to legal firms.

Our client focused strategy brings the best people and innovation together to deliver great results for every one of our clients and investing in innovative technology is a key part of the strategy. The investment supports our agile way of working.

Miles Brown, Coffin Mew’s CEO, said: “As a forward-thinking firm, we are not just evolving our working practices but are revolutionising the way we work, driven by client service needs and preferences of our talented professionals. Innovative technology is Coffin Mew’s number one investment priority for 2020.”

Cathy Kirby, Coffin Mew’s Director of Technology, said: “We are excited to be adopting Tikit’s P4W. It supports our strategy to put our clients at the forefront of all we do, as we deliver our services through a modern, accessible, digital platform. The system offers extensive functionality, integration with a wide range of best of breed applications and is extremely configurable meaning we can really tailor it to suit our wide-ranging needs.”

Complementing P4W, we will also be utilising Tikit’s time recording solution, Carpe Diem Mobile.
