We have had a standout year, with a strong financial performance, enviable new client wins and a host of external accolades. But we are not standing still. We have an ambitious strategy for growth for the year ahead, which puts our people at the forefront to deliver exceptional results for each and every one of our clients. I am proud of all we have achieved to date, and it was fantastic to celebrate together as a whole firm. I am excited for the year ahead, which promises to be another great year.

The strategy for the year ahead centres around a ‘Best People Deal’ containing promises made to employees in return for their delivery of great results for every client.

HR Director Liz Cheaney unveiled a suite of employee benefits at the event, a highly attractive package to reward and retain the very best talent in the region, which goes far beyond the standard offering in the area.

The package puts gender equality and agile working at the forefront, which includes innovative provisions for flexible working, enhanced pension provisions and forward-thinking maternity and paternity packages. The offering demonstrates that the firm is serious about challenging the status quo in the legal sector, by creating a diverse firm, bringing the very best people together for the benefit of their clients.

HR Director Liz Cheaney said:

We have put equality and diversity right at the centre of our people strategy. We are proudly transparent with our gender pay gap information and have put in place new policies to address gender-related role stereotypes and out of date societal expectations of women and men as parents and carers. As a firm that is proud to be entrepreneurial and creative, we are also inviting our employees to have a seat at the board table and contribute to our innovation strategy.
