Coffin Mew celebrates boost in turnover
Coffin Mew has achieved underlying growth of more than 15% on its core operations for the financial year to 2014.
The figure marks a strong performance by the firm following the sale of its Social Housing business in early 2013 and reflects a busy year across all parts of the business, including corporate and individual client services.
Nick Gross, Chairman of Coffin Mew, said:
These financial results are evidence of our continued, steady year on year growth over the last two financial years. It was a strong year in the commercial market, with a large number of transactions in the corporate and property fields. Additionally there was a continuous requirement for advisory services to businesses, which includes dispute management and resolution.
The firm’s full service model continues to serve us well, as demonstrated by the strength of our private client services team.
Our strategy for driving the business further forward has been, and continues to be, focused on long-term sustainability and focused investment in our core service offering and infrastructure, rather than short-term gain.
In addition to a fantastic financial year, Coffin Mew has recruited 11 new members of staff in the last three months.

It is our view that corporate, dispute resolution and individual client services will continue to grow throughout 2015 into 2016. In the South East particularly, the commercial market is showing no signs of slowing.
