Coffin Mew are shortlisted for the Insolvency & Rescue Awards

Posted on: September 19th, 2013

Specialist judges for the Insolvency & Rescue Awards 2013 have shortlisted Coffin Mew Solicitors for Insolvency Law Firm of the Year with seven or less office locations.

Stephen Allinson, chair of the judging panel, commented on how impressed he was at the number and quality of the nominations this year:

The shortlist demonstrates the strength of the insolvency and restructuring industry. It was very challenging in some categories to make the final shortlisting decision, and I know the judges will have some even more difficult decisions to make. However, that is exactly how it should be! I am looking forward to the Gala Awards Dinner at the Lancaster London in October when the winners will be revealed.

Kamala Panday, publishing director, said: “The 2013 shortlist reveals the names of firms and individuals who have played a major role in facilitating the orderly insolvencies and rescues of a number of important businesses in the UK. It is right to highlight the good and complex work they have done in challenging commercial and individual circumstances to get fair outcomes for a number of competing stakeholders.”

Winners will be announced at a prestigious black-tie awards dinner on 3 October 2013 at Lancaster London Hotel.
