Coffin Mew announces senior promotions for new financial year

Local solicitors Coffin Mew is delighted to announce four key promotions.

The law firm, which has offices across the South of England, including Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton and Newbury, has promoted both Sam Knight in the commercial property team and Vicky Day in wills trusts & probate to Partner.  In addition, Elisabeth Smith and Natasha Freeman from the residential property team have been promoted to Senior Associate.

Sam Knight only joined the team at Coffin Mew LLP in September 2021 having spent the previous six years working in the real estate team of a top 20 national law firm.

Vicky Day qualified as a solicitor in 1992 working at a leading law firm where she gained a huge amount of experience in advising clients on wills, trusts and probate.  Before joining Coffin Mew to head up the wills trusts and probate team Vicky worked at a top 20 national law firm.

Elisabeth Smith has over 25 years’ experience in residential property, starting her career in New York City working for mortgage lenders and title companies.  She moved to the UK in 2001 and started her conveyancing career in 2002.

Natasha Freeman has worked in residential property since 1995 and joined Coffin Mew in June 2017.
