Providing a safe environment for our staff and our clients has always been and always will be a priority for us.
Whilst the COVID pandemic has created challenges, it has enabled us to adapt, modernise and improve our working practices to ensure that we can look after our number one priority – people.
Now COVID measures are being eased we have flexibility in deciding how and where we work and how and where we meet with clients. Therefore, we are operating a flexible, predominantly remote working business. This offers benefits to our people and our clients.
We are available to meet our clients as suits them – be that online, in person or on the phone. We believe this is the best of all worlds for our clients and our staff.
Liz Cheaney, Director of HR & Communication explains; “In March 2020 we quickly adapted to working from home – gearing all our staff up with the technology, skills and support to enable them to work effectively and efficiently.
Just over a year later and the government has removed its requirement on people to ‘work from home where possible’. This creates new challenges to businesses because not everyone is yet comfortable or feels safe enough to return to an office environment.”
We have consulted at length with our staff and with workplace experts and have considered the different options for working. We have adopted a hybrid working environment that delivers all our key metrics, which are around safety, flexibility and a 100% focus on delivering client service excellence whilst providing our staff with the tools, skills and support they need to do their job well.
We are fully geared up to communicate with all our clients remotely and the majority of our clients have welcomed the opportunity to meet with us in this way.
For clients who need to visit our offices, because they would like to meet with us in person, we simply ask that they book their meeting in advance and follow some COVID protocols that will keep them and us safe.
