Coronavirus – An update for our clients and contacts

In line with latest government guidance and to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we have taken the decision to operate the firm entirely remotely. Our office receptions are only remaining open to process post and take receipt of any urgent and essential documentation.

If you do need to drop off any urgent documents, please note we are following the government’s social distancing guidance so we are asking you to notify our receptionists by ringing the bell when you arrive and they will direct you to where to drop of any papers, keeping a 2 metre distance from others at all times.

What does this mean for you?

This means you are able to fully instruct us remotely/digitally without needing to travel to one of our offices to sort your affairs and keep your matters progressing as normal. We are able to operate our services using a variety of methods including telephone calls, email, WhatsApp, FaceTime and Zoom (an easy to use online video calling platform). Please do get in touch with us to discuss your preferred method of communication and we can use whichever you are most comfortable with.

We have an agile working policy and have been diligently preparing for the past month to ensure our business remains fully operational in a remote environment, and all of our teams have been provided the equipment they need to deliver the great service you are used to receiving from us.

As with all businesses, we are having to alter the way we work and test the best possible ways to deliver the great service you are used to receiving. Whilst we adapt to this ever changing situation, please do bear with us as it might take a little longer than usual to return calls and emails. Rest assured though, wherever possible, we will aim to come back to within one working day. Many of our teams are also working across the weekend on urgent matters to ensure things progress as normal.

We would encourage you to communicate electronically with us wherever you can to reduce reliance on physical post. We will also send documents and correspondence by email where possible.
